Fulfillment Policy
All orders are custom made and are subject to inventory availability. Normal processing time is 7-10 business days after payment and art approval. Rush service may be available call to inquire. During times of high production normal processing time may be extended.
Return Policy
All orders are custom created for you and are non-returnable except if there is a manufacturer defect. Art approval is required prior to production and any errors on approved art is not the responsibility of Elaborate Images.
