Embroidery is the recreation of a graphic design in thread.  Our commercial embroidery equipment allows us to embroider many items including shirts, jackets, blankets, hats and bags.  In addition we can also embroider more difficult items like horse blankets, golf bags, luggage and vehicle interior items such as seats for planes, boats, cars/trucks and motorcycles.  

Screen Printing is the art of transferring an image created on a computer to a variety of screens to be printed.  Film is printed for each color/screen to be used.  Each screen is coated with emulsion and dried a minimum of 4 hours before being exposed to UV light to create the stencil for the ink to flow through. Each color has it's own screen, except in the case of 4 color process.  Once the screens are dry again they can be set up on the press.  Each color needs to be lined up to registration marks to make sure that each color prints where it is needed.  Only after exact registration is achieved can we start printing your order.
