- What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday thru Thursday from 8am - 5pm and Friday from 8am - 12pm. Evening and weekend appointments are available on request. We are closed for most federal holidays.
- Do I need an appointment to come in?
An appointment is recommended to make sure that the person to best serve you is on site. You can make an appointment by phone, text, or email.
- What are your payment terms?
We require prepayment on all orders. We accept school purchase orders and most federal purchase orders. Credit terms have to be established prior to accepting purchase orders.
- What payment methods to we accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Personal Checks and Cash.
- Privacy and security (do we share customer info with other companies)?
We use the information provided for your order only. We do not share the information with any other companies or websites.
- What is Elaborate Images guarantee of quality?
It's our goal and commitment to provide the best quality products available. We stand behind our work. We will fix any mistake made by Elaborate Images; all we ask is that you report the mistake to us within 48 hours after you receive your order.
- What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of your order, Elaborate Images accepts NO RETURNS unless we are at fault for the mistake.
- What if I want to cancel my order?
We give you a 24 hour grace period to alter your order, except for rush orders. If you decide to cancel beyond 24 hours, there is a $50 fee and you must pay restocking fees for product (typically 20%)
- How do I order?
Call, text, email or fax your order in. We will write up the order and send it back for your review and approval.
- What if I need to change or add shirts to my order?
Once an order is submitted you have 24 hours to make any changes. Any changes or additions after 24 hours may incur restocking fees of up to 20%. Changes or additions to your order may delay turn around time.
- What if I need to reorder?
If a reorder occurs 14 days from the original date of purchase, we extend the same prices per shirt, reset charges will apply. Reorders placed after 14 days will be priced as new orders.
- Do I get a price break as my order gets larger?
Elaborate Images always offers quantity discounts, meaning the more you order at one time, the more discount you will receive. If you're ordering the same design, but want ot mix and match different colors or styles, call us at 931-703-5410 and we'll make sure that you get the best price.
- Do I have to order all the same size?
No, you can mix and match however you like as long as we can print the same size design on all.
- Are white garments cheaper than colors?
Usually white garments are less expensive. A white t-shirt with a 1 color print on 1 placement is the cheapest combination of shirt and services offered.
- How long will my order take?
Our standard turn around time is 7-10 business days. You may choose to Rush your order for 3-5 business day service - call for availability. Additional charges apply to rush orders. Turn around time starts after art approval and payment.
- What is the minimum quantity to order?
For embroidery we require 6 items.
For screen printing we require 12 items.
For full color process screen printing we require 72 items.
Promotional Products/Printing will vary depending on item.
- Can I order my design on multiple shirt styles and/or colors?
As long as your design is the same on all items (same size, same placement, same color) Elaborate Images can help you mix and match different shirt colors and styles. Give us a call at 931-703-5410.
- Can I get a screened sample of my design?
Elaborate Images provides an electronic proof with every order. We strive to fulfill your expectations and will make changes until you are satisfied. If you prefer to have a printed sample in hand, you may place a minimum order of just 12 shirts.
- What type of ink do you use?
In most cases we use Plastisol, which is the most common for t-shirt printing. Some items may require a different type of ink and the best ink for the product will be chosen.
- How long does the screen printing last on a shirt?
The Plastisol ink we use for screen printing is very durable and will hold up for years. We recommend machine-washing your screen printed garments inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low (unless the garment tag calls for a different drying procedure). We do not recommend dry cleaning any screen printed garments.
- Can you print over zipper or over seams?
We do not print over zipper or seams. We can split design in 2 and simulate it by printing about 1" from the seam - this may incur additional charges.
- What is the maximum imprint area?
Art size depends on the smalles items on the order and/or items you order. The maximum that we can print is 15" wide by 16" tall.
- Can I see a mock up proof of my design prior to making a deposit?
No. Unfortunately because ther eis time that goes into make the art we do not make proofs without a deposit or a purchase order. You have the option of paying $50 non-refundable for the art, BUT if the order goes through then the $50 will be counted toward the order.
- How many colors can you print?
For spot color designs, the maximum number of colors is 6 (dark shirts must count 1 color as a white underbase)
4 color process can reproduce an almost indefinite number of colors; however the minimum order size is 72 pieces.
- What is the fee for art?
Art rendering fees are based on the complexity of the design. In many cases artwork is done at no charge.
- Can you match PMS (Pantone) colors?
Yes. An extra charge may apply.
- Do you offer metallic, neon (Fluorescent), glitter?
Yes. We do charge extra for glow-in-the-dark, glitter, metal and other custom finishes generally $1 more per shirt.
- Are shipping fees additional?
Many companies advertise FREE shipping, in many cases "free shipping" is actually hidden int he price of an item. Therefore, we provide shipping as an a la carte fee so our prices can remain low and you can get the best deal.
- Can you ship my order without payment?
Unless a PO is used no orders will ship without full payment. Orders must be paid in full prior to shipping or at the time of pickup.
- Can you guarantee the arrival of my order by a certain day via UPS?
UPS is extremely reliable; however shipments are subject to weather delays and occasional delays which are outside of our control. The best thing to do is pad your delivery time just in case.
